With a back ground in Law & Human Resource Management, Spio-Garbrah has spent some years researching on Human Resource Development issues on Women and Youth -a project which FINHDA sponsored. His studies took him to the remotest part of Ghana and other West African countries like Burkina Faso, Togo, Benin and Nigeria for development and restructuring including advising women in engagement of income generating activities. His experiences have been accessed and currently been applied in various communities in Ghana. He has worked for African Social Development Aid (ASDA FOUNDATION) a Netherlands based not-for –profit organization in Ghana. With FINHDA livelihood project still in its pilot stages, Spio-Garbrah hopes to impact the lives of Ghanaian Women and Youth in order to meet the Millennium Development Goals. In 2011, He was awarded a contract to write a project report for Geneva Global, Washington from these organizations International Needs Network (INNET), Rescue Foundation, Friends for Human Development (FHD), Assemblies of God Relief and Development Services (AGREDS), Association of People for Practical Life Education (APPLE), Pro-Link, Facts for the Youth in the Southern Sector organization (FYSSO). Spio-Garbrah has been working on social development issues in Ghana for over a decade. He has designed, directed and administered Community Initiatives on various projects. He has strong ambitions and very creative with his thinking leading valuable ideas and handles any situation well. He holds LLB, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (HRM) all from Central University and a Diploma in Business Studies (Accounting) from University of Professional Studies Legon- Ghana. He is certified lead trainer for organizations including National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Plan (NEIP, Presidential support program under the auspices of the Office of the President and Ministry of Business Development)

A philanthropist herself, she has led many delegations to various part of Ghana to access ways and means of alleviating the problems of poor women and children. Her desire to reduce poverty in line with the MDG policies, led to her taking up the task to assist FINHDA. With her rich experience in dealing with crucial decision making policies, she hopes to see the world free from many of its problems. She has a passion for helping the poor and needy people in society especially the actively poor women and children who are always vulnerable. She desires to learn more on social development and project management to strengthen FINHDA operations. With her talent and skills she is willing to work on different areas of FINHDA programs. She has extensive experience in mentoring and leadership management, gained from her role as Chief Executive Officer of company like E&L Finehaus Enterprise. Her dream is to help the less fortunate achieve their goals in life and she hopes to be able to do this worldwide. With her rich experience in empowerment for women, human development issues and gender programs, she is hopeful that the goals 3, 4, 5 & 6 of the Millennium Development Goals (Gender equality, Child & Maternal Health, Youth Empowerment) will be achieved through her being part of FINHDA. She works to support community-based initiatives which transform the lives of vulnerable children on the edges of society and help them regain their rights and pursue their dreams. She holds Bachelor of Science (BSc) (Human Resource Administration) from Methodist University.

Head of administration holds Bsc in Business Administration (Accounting option) from Baptist University College. Mandela is a young professional teacher with a strong background in science and mathematics. He has a passion for helping people through his teaching skills. He desires to learn more on social development and project management to strengthen FINHDA operations. With his talent and skills he is willing to work on different areas of FINHDA program portfolio

He is currently the Managing Director of Hope Children’s Village (Orphanage arm of the Village of Hope). He holds a PhD in Mathematics, Mphil in Mathematics from University of Education, Winneba, and Executive Masters in Business Administration from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and Bachelor of Science (Civil Engineering) from KNUST. He has helped supervise various projects both in the private and public sector including the projects in Village of Hope, one of the prominent NGOs in Ghana and the construction of Asokwa-Lake Road By- Pass, Kumasi. He is very committed and vibrant in overseeing project and its implementations. His research interest runs from Teaching and Learning of Mathematics, Instructional Design, Mathematics Modeling, Artificial Intelligence Education, Data Analytics and Machine Learning which falls within Finhda STEM module. With his rich experience in the field of Engineering and Mathematics which also forms the bases of last alphabet of STEM which represent the Engineering and Mathematics we can train a lot of youth in that arena. He is a certified member of the Ghana Institute of Engineers

He is a certified accountant ACCA from Oxford Brooks University - UK, Benjamin holds Certificate in Stock Brokerage and Investment Management -Ghana Stock Exchange, Bsc. Business Administration (Accounting option)-KNUST. With over 9 years of working experience in the area of management, accounting and auditing. Benjamin has a strong a passion for the vulnerable in our society and therefore believes that the only way to contribute his quota is to be part of FINHDA to help become a voice to the vulnerable in our society. He is well endowed in the area of financial administration, writing of project proposal and financial management. He is currently the finance manager at IGNIS Finance Group

Albert is the Chief Information Security Officer for Moniepoint Inc. responsible for establishing and maintaining the enterprise Cyber Security vision, strategy, and program to ensure information assets and technologies are protected.Prior to his current role, he had held positions such as the Information Security Manager for 360T Treasury Systems, a member of the Deutsche Borse Group, the Chief information Security officer for Stanbic bank Ghana and had played various roles including Systems auditing, software development, systems and network administration among other IT related roles accumulating over 15 years of experience in Cybersecurity, IT and related disciplines. Albert holds a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity from EC-Council University, USA, an MSc. Management Information Systems from  Coventry University, UK and a BSc in Computer Science from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. He also holds various professional certifications including Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), Certified in the Risk of Information Systems Controls (CRISC), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Information Systems Security Professional(CISSP), ISO 27001 LI/LA and other certificates in cloud Architecture, security, and BlockChain. He was previously a Board member for ISACA Accra Chapter responsible for membership and has been a keynote speaker at various cyber security conferences locally and internationally.
